Appointments / Cancellations
Clients are seen by appointment only. If you are in need of immediate attention, we will do our best to accommodate you. We value your time greatly and make every effort to keep on time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $40 late cancellation fee. New clients are always welcome in our office. We consider the referral of a new client the best compliment and expression of confidence anyone can give us |
Payment Policy
We request payment and co-payment for your visit at the time of service. We are a provider/participant in many PPOs and Medicare insurance plans. Please check below for a list of insurances that we take We accept most major credit cards and cash in case you don't have insurance or an insurance we can't accept. Private pay appointment price: $110 |
